The hotel has beautiful, comfy, and quiet rooms but is located at the opposite end of the floor looking over a construction site. The service is incredible, especially from Guest Relationship Manager Laureen Debrosse and other staff members. The location is conveniently close to various attractions but can be a bit busy with an imperfect layout. The dining experience was good overall, with some limitations. Fantastic facilities are available, making the stay enjoyable.

I was filled with sunshine in central Paris! The hotel consists of a huge living/sitting area with a guest bathroom on the first floor and a cozy bedroom area with a Master bathroom on the second floor. It was very beautiful and comfortable. However, the room was very small and dark, plus they wanted to charge €10 for a 330ml bottle of water in the fridge.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-organized, although it felt slightly cramped due to the ongoing construction next door. Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms are spacious, extraordinarily comfortable, and beautiful, with an extremely comfortable bed, lovely linen, and pillows. However, being next to a triple service lift did get a bit noisy at times. The service was top-notch, very nice, and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The location couldn't be better, just superb, within walking distance to iconic places, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The dining experience, although not on par with the hotel's prestige, was still enjoyable. Overall, a great hotel with friendly staff and a superb location.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right next to the metro and a short walk from the Seine, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. On the downside, the room I got was small with no view, definitely not what I expected for a honeymoon stay in a supposedly 5-star hotel.
