Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, extremely clean, and modern, but the cleanliness was not consistent throughout. The service was amazing in helping us navigate the metro, but there was a small issue with a staff member nearly breaking my note until a manager intervened. The location was what I was looking for, quick and easy to access the heart of Paris while being away from the busy areas. The dining had its ups and downs, with good options but lacking some variety, especially for those needing gluten-free choices.
I stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a decent experience. The rooms certainly needed a revamp but had a lovely big comfy bed and all the normal facilities like TV and toiletries. The bathroom was delightful, though it did get too hot at night. The service was top-notch with a free room upgrade and helpful staff who took care of parking, baggage, and providing a cot for our toddler. The location, while quite secluded at night, was convenient for business travelers and close to the Metro station with easy access to the city center. The dining was okay, but the early opening time of eateries and the buffet price were a bit off-putting. However, the hotel had good vegan options. Facilities were satisfactory but no standout features.
I found this hotel to be a great choice overall. The rooms were clean, and I had the option for a complimentary in-room breakfast. The staff were exceptional and even upgraded our room for free. The location was convenient, but a bit secluded at night, and the dining options were limited early in the morning. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel rooms were very nice and comfortable, with the added bonus of a Nespresso machine, which I found extremely convenient for early morning coffee. The staff from the check-in desk to the cleaners were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. However, the location was a bit out of the center and not very picturesque. The dining experience left something to be desired, particularly due to the high price of 27 euros per person for a standard buffet.
